When Picking Your Free CASSETTES

When you buy 5 Cassettes you get 1 Free.  Begin the checkout process. Pick the 5 cassetes that you will be paying for. Once the checkout process is started there will be a comment section. In that section list the selections you would like for Free.  You may also send an email to  CORNERPRODUCTSALES@GMAIL.COM with a list of the Free Cassettes you would like.

Some Cassettes are in the Catalog but not on the website. If you wish to purchase any of these cassettes just place an order for ANY CASSETTE. Make the QUANTITY of the Cassette the NUMBER OF CASSETTES YOU ARE PURCHASING.  Once you begin the checkout process there will be a COMMENT SECTION. In that section WRITE THE NAMES OF THE TITLES FROM THE CATALOG you wish to recieve and those  will be the actual cassettes that will be shipped out. If you are buying 5 tapes, you get 1 free so you would make the quantity 5, paying for 5 tapes, then in the Comment Section you will be listing 6 titles because you get 1 free tape.

 

 

 

Cassette Orders Will ONLY Be Shipped to US Correctional Facilities

Cassettes are only shipped to US Correctional Facilities. Please make sure all the Inmate's Information (Name, ID #, Prison Name, House #, etc) is supplied when ordering for the Shipping Address. If the Shipping address provided isn't a Correctional Facility an email will be sent notifying the ordering account to please send a Correctional Facility address. . If a Correctional Facility Address isn't provided a Refund will be issued for the Cassettes. Under no circumstances will Cassettes be sent to non-Correctional Facility addresses or non-US Correctional Facilites.

 

Plese check with the proper facility authorities as to the rules and regulations before ordering cassettes. Each facility has different rules and regulations regarding cassette orders. When ordering Multiple items please check with the facility as to how many items can be ordered at one time. Most facilites have limits.

 

All cassettes are shrink wrapped and clear with no scews.

CornerProduct.com also offers the option of ordering through the mail with Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.  Please include your Full Name, DIN# if shipping to an Inmate, Mailing Address, Email, Phone Number, and Full Names and Quantities of the items you would like to purchase on a blank sheet of paper and send it with your payment to:

**Note about International Mail Orders: CornerProduct.com accepts international mail orders as long as payments are made in U.S. Dollars. Unless you have a U.S. bank account this will entail the purchase of an International Money Order made out to us in U.S. Dollars. Also please be sure to include the necessary amount of international shipping for your order, which is listed in the International Shipping section below. Shipping

DVDs will ship out within 3 days of the order date. For Cassette orders please allow 1-2 weeks for processing the order and shipping. For Custom Cassette orders please allow 1-3 weeks for processing the order and shipping. The shipping time for cassettes varies on the volume of customers at the moment. Please keep in mind that orders come in from the prisons direct too and all orders are shipped out in the order in which they were received. Holidays and sales will delay this process a little longer. Most inmates are already aware of this process.

 

Refund Policy

We have a No Refund Policy. If a product is Defective we offer store credit after 10 days in which the customer recieves the product. After 10 days no credit will be given.

 

Returned Packages

---

In the event that a package is refused by the Correctional Facility and sent back to Corner Product a $5.00 to $8.00 mandatory reshipping and handling fee is requried to resend the pacakge. The two main reasons a package is refused is if the inmate lost his/her package privileges or if the inmate was moved to a different facility. In the event that the Inmate lost his/her package privileges Corner Product will hold the package and reship it once we are notified that the Inmate got his/her package privileges back. If the package is returned due to somthing Corner Product did wrong then we will waive the reshipping and handling fee.
